Extensions of Love Outreach was birthed through Barbara Faison's real life experiences with domestic violence and sexual abuse in addition to serving and caring for individuals experiencing mental health issues, substance abuse, and suicidal ideations.

Elder Barbara A. Faison
Elder Barbara A. Faison is a devoted servant-leader, evangelist, counselor, and entrepreneur based in Orlando, Florida. Licensed and ordained in March 2003 under the tutelage of Bishop Josh Leonard Jr., she has spent over two decades proclaiming the Gospel, equipping believers, and extending the love of Christ through compassionate outreach and practical service.

A passionate speaker and worship leader, Elder Faison serves with Kingdom Builders Network (VIC – Visionaries In Covenant) and Extensions of Love Outreach, Inc., where she pours into women, young adults, and all who desire a deeper walk with God. Prayer is foundational to her ministry, and she is widely known for her ability to intercede, encourage, and empower others to discover their identity and purpose in Christ. Her ministry heartbeat is anchored in Acts 17:28: “For in Him we live, and move, and have our being.”

In addition to her ministry calling, Elder Faison is a multidimensional businesswoman and CEO who believes in serving the whole person—spirit, soul, and body. She is a Biblical and Spiritual Counselor, Health and Wellness Consultant, provider of Prepaid Legal Services, and a licensed Cosmetologist since 1986. Whether behind the chair, in the counseling room, or on the platform, she carries the same mission: to uplift, restore, and transform lives through God’s love and wisdom.
